Compassiate Friends is a grief support group for those who have lost their child, grandchild or sibling.
We meet the 2nd Thursday of the month, 7pm, at Life Church in Rome Ga.

There will be those that will tell you that “time will heal” but in reality, time does not heal the broken heart of a grieving mom that has lost her child.
Another holiday. For many, holidays are so painful, especially those new in grief. How will you get through today? Share things you will do to get through today.
I’ll start-tonight, as every year, when the fireworks light the sky, I will know that Jake, Jaycee and I will be watching them together. Them from above and me from below. This always makes me feel close and connected to them both, something we can do together.
