Not everyone is born to be an entrepreneur. But, since a small child, Charles Williams has known that he would own his own business. As a licensed Real Estate professional, Charles is devoted to not only assisting people buy or sell real estate, but he is committed to making his community a better place to live.

Born in Rome, Georgia, Charles grew up in the Silver Creek community in southeast Floyd county. He finished high school at Pepperell High School and attended Georgia Northwestern Technical College where he got his degrees in Design Drafting and Mechanical Engineering.

Charles earned his license in Real Estate in May 2007 after he completed the Georgia Real Estate Course and successfully passed the Georgia Real Estate exam. Charles received his Auctioneer’s License in June, 2013 after he completed the North Georgia School of Auctioneering course and passed the Georgia State Auctioneers Exam. Charles is also a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors.

In 1997, Charles started Charles Williams Construction. He later joined Ayers Realty as a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent and Georgia Licensed Auctioneer. Most recently, Charles started the Ayers Realty Auction Company, an online auction site, where he sells and auctions real estate.

Charles is passionate about helping his clients increase property values and improve their quality of life. He is an expert with creative financing. Charles also really enjoys working with his clients to find the right property that is most suitable for them. Charles is an expert at turning distressed properties that seem difficult or even impossible to restore, into high value gems.

Aside from being a trusted source for real estate in Rome, GA, Charles is a devout Christian and a committed member of his local church, North Rome Church of God. There, he is actively involved as the Director of Discipleship Ministries an in the Hispanic Community Ministries. Despite his busy schedule, he always finds time to volunteer and serve his local community.

Charles is a devoted husband to his wife Christa, whom he has been happily married to for 31 years. They have three loving children: Jessica, Chase and Colby; and three adorable grandchildren.
