Pelvic health is SO important! We’re offering two educational workshops: one for pre and postnatal mamas May 29, and one for mature women June 5!

Your pelvic floor does more than you think — and you deserve to understand it. This workshop is an invitation to learn more about that. Guided by a pelvic floor physical therapist and yoga teacher, you’ll spend 90 minutes learning, breathing, moving, and reconnecting — through community education, meditation, and a gentle yoga flow designed with your pelvic floor in mind. We’ll close with warm herbal tea and time for the questions you’ve been carrying.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a journal (or paper) and pen, and your favorite mug.

This workshop gives back — 10% of proceeds will be donated to Haven Health in Rome, GA, an organization dedicated to serving our local women community with compassionate, accessible care.
