Just finished up our second job/ first walk-in tub install for American Standard Home Services! Our customer was more than pleased with the outcome. They were in need of a tub for handicap reasons and loved the accessibility and features this model provided. We had to demo the old one piece surround , run new plumbing and water lines, build a back shelf and trim the acrylic finish. Also ran two new circuits to power the tub features and add in GFI protection. There was some patch work needed on the upper Sheetrock. We only do the wet area, per contract we make sure all surfaces are prepped for you to paint/ finish! Call today for a quote and check out your options online.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!! We’ve been in the works here at Probity! We recently took a trip to Texas to partner up with American Standard Home Services! A lot has happened lately to take this leap into providing more business for our customers and trusting another company with the hassles of paperwork. We are proud to announce that we are your premiere installers for all your bathroom needs anywhere in CNY. When you call American Standard looking for a modernized bath set up, chances are it will be us doing. We had our first install as a partnership yesterday and look forward to many more! We had the pleasure of helping these people out with replacing their old stairs to their storage area above the garage. The old steps and stringers were rotted and not very trustworthy. We were able to completely tear out the old and Reinforce for the new setup. We assured them that they will have no issues going up and down with any extra weight! Here’s another bathroom we are currently working on for a customer. This is a complete remodel where all plumbing was re routed and bathroom layout was flopped with a new custom tile shower, niche, and half wall going in. Thankful for our guy having access to the crawl space, this was a fun one! We are just as eager as our customer to see how this one turns out!! Stay tuned

Its been a while since we posted here at Probity. We have been quite busy as well as dealing with life outside of work. It’s about time we start showing more of what we have been working on! Here we have a complete bathroom that we had gutted right out and started from scratch with a custom tile shower with recessed niche. As promised, our progress with this huge elevated TREX deck. A few hiccups along the way with finding materials, it is coming along nicely. Should have all our finishing touches done shortly and then our lighting will be the cherry on top!

We’ve had a busy last few days here as well as the weekend. Here’s a look at just what we got into between repairing a broken foundation drain and extending it out to better suit the customers needs and excavating sonotube locations for a deck build.

The excavation wasn’t easy as this land was once home to a giant structure that was never removed. More to come with this deck build!
