Also, the Bagwell Food Pantry is not taking new applications for food through the rest of the 2025. We will begin taking new applications in January 2026.

The Christmas Box Sign up for 2025 will be December 1st thru December 4th from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at Good Neighbor Ministries.
We are located at 208 2nd St. and the sign up will be IN PERSON. You will need your ID at sign up.

We will be closed Friday, January 10th due to the inclement weather expected. We will reopen on Monday to our normal business hours.

Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries requires a new food voucher every year. If you need a food voucher for 2025, you will need to call us at 706-291-0556. You will need to have birthdates and socials of everyone you want to put on the form in your household. Without this information, that person will not be put on the form.
Please keep in mind that January is extremely busy for vouchers, so please be patient.

🌲🎄🌲Christmas Basket Signup for 2024 will be the week of December 2nd through December 6th from 12:30 to 2:30.
Signup will be IN PERSON at Good Neighbor Ministries' office located at 208 E 2nd Street in Rome.
A valid ID will be required!

Good Neighbors will be closed July 3-5 in observance of Independence Day.

Please do not leave food donations on the front porch of Good Neighbors. Any items left on the porch will be thrown away. Thank you!

We continue to assist by telephone. Our number is 706-291-0556. If you need assistance with a utility or rent, please have your account number available and landlord information available.

If you need to go to the Bagwell Food Pantry, you will need a NEW voucher for the new year 2024. When you call, please have birthdates and social security numbers of all family members in the home that you want to put on the form.
When you go to the pantry, you will need an ID and proof of residency of the address listed on the form.

We have been extremely busy and you may have to call in several times to get through. We ask that you not come to Good Neighbors in person for assistance.

You will be given a voucher which will be needed to pick up your Christmas Basket!
You will be told at registration when pick up will be!
