Mela e Ricotta: Apple and ricotta. A classic pairing in Italian baking, presented with an Aventine twist.
Our version layers ricotta cake with salted caramel mousse and compressed apple, then finishes it with streusel, caramel sauce, and ricotta lemon crema.
A thoughtful take on a familiar Italian combination, with the flavors of autumn woven throughout.
