Quail Run Farmstand

We are set up at the Rolla Downtown Farmers Market til 12 or sell out.

The stand on Quail Run (cr 3010) opens at 9, closes at 9.

We do have cinnamon rolls.

We WILL be at the Rolla Downtown Farmers Market at 8. We will also will open the stand at 9. We will split the bread up with the bulk going to the market. There will still be 25 loaves at the stand though!!

We will have an allergen friendly restock. We still have a couple eggs and some produce at the stand.

Pictured below: oat porridge bread. My kid dropped this dough on the floor, so we ate it. The impact of the fall can be seen in the uneven crumb. You’d never even notice it if I didn’t point it out, just kinda cool the crumb can tell a story.

We are in the middle of a label shortage, but we have post-its somewhat explaining this. We just added 3 crusts. And these are the sloppy instructions. 😂 reach out if you have a question.

There’s also starter in that which is flour+water and you can freeze them and top and bake straight from frozen.

After these sell, we have made and sold 100 total crusts this week, 50 packs. That is the max amount I can currently do, and only accomplished that because the James loaf moved to Wednesday. 🎉

All this to say, thanks for coming AND James loaf will remain on Wednesdays. That works well for me, and I think a fresh bread available midweek is good for this town.

P.S. The only baked goods left that aren’t gluten-free are two boxes of Dee’s oatmeal walnut cookies. We still have allergen friendly bakes, apples, and other stuff! Hope you’ve enjoyed your items today.

I’ve been trying to make more so the afternoon people can still get things. It appears this amount is a good amount!

I’ve lived a full life today being at that teacher thing, saw lots of old friends, that alone made it worthwhile. Thanks for coming by to see me at school and coming to the stand.
