State and local leaders held the annual Missouri Earthquake Summit in Poplar Bluff yesterday. For years, federal, state, and local emergency managers have been preparing for a day we hope never comes.

This year, because of the ongoing Democrat shutdown, FEMA representatives COULD NOT participate because democrats continue to prioritize illegal immigrants over American citizens. Shameful.
