What recommendations do you all have? I've broken two knives recently. Buffalo Cauliflower bites:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
1 cup of Better Batter flour
1 cup water - you might need just a bit more1 tsp. garlic powder a few dashes of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used my own ghost Pepper sauce, but you do you)
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted .....
