ECE faculty, students and researchers recently earned multiple IEEE honors, including Best EMC Paper, Best Student EMC Paper, Best Student SIPI Paper and the Motohisa Kanda Award for Most Cited Transactions on EMC Paper.
Dr. Daryl Beetner was also recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for his outstanding contributions to the IEEE EMC Society.

Congratulations to Dr. Lijun Jiang, professor in Missouri S&T's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, whose co-authored paper has received the 2026 Best Paper Award from the IEEE Journal on Multiscale and Multiphysics Computational Techniques.
The award recognizes the paper, "Electromagnetic-Circuital-Thermal-Mechanical Multiphysics Numerical Simulation Method for Microwave Circuits," for its outstanding contribution to multiphysics modeling and simulation of microwave circuits.

Congratulations to the eight Missouri S&T electrical engineering students and recent graduates who received Grainger awards during Saturday’s ceremony. Each recipient received a $6,000 award recognizing academic achievement and contributions to power engineering and related fields.🎉
