The traditional 1000gal offset BBQ smoker! These big smokers take over the room and set tone for serious BBQ. I was lucky enough to build these smokers with free rang on the details and components of the build thanks to SmokerBuilder. These are the largest cookers I've built to date, years of notes coming together at last.

Robots and BBQ at the shop!
I had the pleasure if working on this 1000gal pit last week for our traveling pit master. These cookers see many heat cycles and need some love time to time. This pit had a lot of charm built in from the start.
