Dental Office - Full-Time Front Desk Position for St. James/Bourbon.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time front desk team member to join our dental office.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and demonstrate reliability. Prior front desk experience in a dental office is required. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients
• Registering new patients and updating existing patient information
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Calculating and collecting copays
• Following up on unpaid claims
• Sending correspondence to specialists

I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has reached out, and offered to help! Never have I seen so many strangers jumping in to help in need, expecting nothing in return. So many people just showed up without hesitation and I am so truely thankful. We WILL be back!! Give us a few days to see where we go from here but we will continue to update.
