Designit Prototype

Hey y’all! Hope all the families are enjoying the summer. It’s been a little bit so I wanted to show everyone some of what the Designit Prototype crew has been up to. We’re very busy with some crazy stuff and I’ll be sure to send more.

Hey y’all. Some great photos of a couple of great projects we’ve had in house. Unfortunately we can’t show most of them but these ones are pretty cool!!! We’re putting the new UMC 750 and UMC 500 to work and pushing the boundaries.

Hey y’all! Some cool projects were working on these last couple of weeks. I can’t show most of them but these are some gems. Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. 😊

It looks like the Designit crew is up to some cool stuff. Out with the old, in with the new. Just received our new UMC500 5-axis mill today and we couldn’t be more happy. Moved our existing VM-3 to the other building to support other business. Growth and expansion is the key to success.

The Designit team is up to no good again. First shipment of goods has arrived.

The bigger and much more prominent piece of the puzzle is due in a couple of weeks. Any guessers? 😊

What a great time supporting our local CHP family with having them use some of our space for tactical training. These guys and gals are no joke!!!

They were able to utilize our folks and environment to get some serious training in. Had a fantastic time. Now time for Napa and Marin CHP.

Got copper? Copper has a mind of its own. With brazing and machining she ultimately gave in. 😊. This beauty is ending up outside of a furnace the size of most homes.

When you’re hung out on a 150lb weldment on our new 5-axis it locks you up. We created a base with the first operation in our monster VM6 and will finish the additional 5 operations in this beast.
