It has been awhile since we have posted on our page. But we have been busy taking care of our customers needs. Besides pools, we also maintain hot tubs, and between pool or hot tub, tubs water chemistry are trickier than pools.

Our customers pool has been officially been closed for the season. What makes this pool unique is, our customer built his own pool, and his neighbors.

As the 2025 swim season starts winding down, it's time to think about closing up your pool for the year. We’re now accepting appointments for pool closings to ensure your pool is properly winterized and ready for next season!

Rates start at $250-$375.

Our customers' Salt Cell failed, prompting us to switch to the Pure Chlor system, which we highly recommend due to its reduced salt requirements, convenient chlorine level control pad, and comprehensive 10-year warranty. Notably, most Salt water cells come with a 3-year warranty and typically malfunction within that timeframe. What I find unique is being able to see your water travel back to your pool through the generator.

We had the privilege to inspect a pool/hot tub for friend of mine for his future home. This photo shows a Salt Water Generator, used to make chlorine for a salt water pool. Needless to say, it was installed backwards and not generating chlorine. After investigating further, this SWG was worked on before. Could it be bad? How much does it cost for a new one?

If the buyer decided to avoid an inspection and not catch this due to the untrained eye. A replacement cost for this will be around $1600-$2000.

3 sand filter cleanings done. When you are moving 1800 lbs of sand, I make sure I bring my son. We recommend changing your sand out every 5 years or so. But other signs that you need to change your sand is, finding sand in your pool, lots of sand, consistently fighting the water from clearing up, or a change of water pressure to your return.
