A long overdue introduction! All round best supporting professional, my friend Julie Wahl is a classically trained chef, passionate baker, and devoted bread enthusiast. After discovering her love for bread at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food, she completed a baking internship at King Arthur Baking Company, which inspired her career as a professional baker and educator. An ACF Certified Culinary Educator, Julie has taught bread baking since 2000. She believes bread embodies community, sustainability, and the simple magic of life. A lifelong culinary explorer, she also loves discovering global flavors, food traditions, and the stories behind them.

Our sourdough pizza dough is ready when you are. Pick up a dough ball for just $5 and keep it in your refrigerator until pizza night arrives.

Each dough ball makes one delicious 10” pizza. Want to feed a crowd or create a thick, cheesy masterpiece? Combine two dough balls for a large deep-dish delight.

Since we prepared for the market and baked accordingly, but decided not to attend due to the rain, we find ourselves with an abundance of our Plain Sourdough loaves.

That means it’s time for a sale!

We won’t be at our beloved market this Saturday, but there’s plenty happening inside the bakery!

Beautifully scored loaves will be coming out of the oven, pizza dough will be ready for your weekend creations, and our cinnamon rolls will be waiting for you too.

In fact, we’re turning up those glorious swirls of buttery, creamy goodness—making them bigger, but not raising the price. Because we can.

It’s Saturday, and this is happening right now! 😍

Fresh-from-the-oven Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls are filling the bakery with the smell of cinnamon and butter. The cream cheese frosting is still on its way, but by the time you arrive, these beauties will be fully dressed and ready for you. Happy Saturday!
