We will be located in the main lobby in YMCA F/S uniform of the day is Navy PT Gear ( Navy Shirts, with workout paints or shorts, WITH YOUR TOWL... no tights!!!!) Navy Recruiting Station Rocky Mount did their first real Navy (PFA) Performance fitness Assessment where they Max out in Push ups and sits for two minutes and ran a mile and a half way to go Future sailors Keep up the great work!!!!

!!!!UPDATE to the Navy's Tattoo Policy is going to be in effect April 30, 2016!!!!
The Navy just approved the military's best tattoo rules Sailors can now have tattoos on more body parts than troops in any other military service.
