I catered a graduation party for a new customer today. They ordered fruit parfaits, sandwiches, veggies, fruit trays, pasta salad, deviled eggs, charcuterie & these beautiful chocolate covered strawberries made by Carol Keto.

I catered a Senior adult prom night at Firewheel Town Village today. These were the only pics I got. I did pasta salad, fruit parfaits, finger sandwiches, fruit cups, a charcuterie and a veggie tray.

Finished product of those perfectly peeled eggs for two different clients. I’m going need to put these wooden egg carriers that my customer brought for me to use on my wish list. I love these.

This makes me so happy. Every single one of these eggs peeled PERFECTLY. Now to make 140 deviled eggs out of these perfect eggs.

I made some charcuterie cups, caprese and some chicken salad for a sweet neighbor’s graduation party today. Thank to the Henderson’s for letting me help with your girl’s special day.

I did a small charcuterie and a vegetable tray for a new customer yesterday for their 50th Anniversary Celebration.

The pasta bar was a hit. Everyone loved the food.

Today has been a full day of prep work for a wedding. We made over 300 charcuterie skewers, over 300 caprese skewers, 16 gallons of tea, 9 jugs of punch & cut up 3 big bags of mini peppers for salad. Still have cucumbers to cut up & make the salad. Not sure how I would have made it without my amazing helper. Thank you Alyssa Drupp.

I have been buttering garlic bread all day. And I’m only half way through 600 pieces. I’ve run out of tubs to put them in too. Need to figure out something else to use.
