The build-out is moving along nicely. Framing is complete in several areas, insulation is going in, and drywall is underway. The space is starting to feel like a real restaurant instead of a construction site.

We are excited to officially kick off work on the newest Muchacho Tex-Mex location! Framing, rough-ins, and infrastructure work are already underway as this future Tex-Mex hotspot starts taking shape. 🌮🔥

This will be the third location for the popular concept from chef Omar Flores and Big Dill Hospitality, bringing their signature Tex-Mex experience to Frisco next spring.

We’re excited to kick off construction on the new Livewell Animal Hospital—bringing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas.

This project is just getting started, but it’s already taking shape with framing, MEP rough-ins, and ductwork underway. Proud to partner on a space that will soon serve pets and their families with personalized, full-service care—from wellness and diagnostics to advanced treatment and surgery.
