Patriot Claims
We are difference makers in the insurance claims industry, delivering accurate inspections every day.
We have a better idea of how to handle customers because we’ve been the customer, the contractor, and the adjuster.

A Direct Inspect report is submitted once, but it needs to hold up for as long as the file exists.
If a question arises or a file requires a second review, the report has to stand on its own. Every facet photographed, every test square logged, every angle from the original inspection accounted for and unchanged.
That kind of durability doesn't happen by accident. It's built into the process from the first roof walk, not patched in afterward when someone asks for backup.
That's the standard.

“Not walkable.” That used to be where the conversation ended.
Not with Patriot. Ladder Assist inspectors are rope-and-harness trained and equipped for whatever a property throws at them: steep pitch, multi-story, hard-to-reach angles that others write off before they even get out of the truck.
They gear up, get on the roof, and document it exactly like any other property. No bias toward what's easy to see from the ground, no shortcuts because the access was difficult.
If it's on the property, it's in the report. That's the whole standard.

Bertha moved through as a wind and rain event rather than a major storm, and claims are already starting to come in.
Field inspectors will be on-site within 48 hours, documenting property damage as it's found: every facet, every angle, carrier-ready from the first report. No waiting on a callback to get a file moving, no delay in getting a request assigned.
If a property needs to be inspected, now's the time to submit.

"The roof couldn't be accessed."
Patriot has heard that before. It's not how the story ends.
High-pitch. Multi-story. Complex roof. July storm damage doesn't only happen on walkable roofs — and the high-risk, difficult to access roofs pile up this time of year.
Patriot's Ladder Assist Inspectors are trained on OSHA safety protocols and rope-and-harness. They get on the roofs that other vendors can't. Summer heat included.
No roof left undocumented. No file is left open because of access.

July storms don't follow one path.
Hail tracking across the Plains and Tornado Alley. Wind events are pushing up along the Gulf and East Coasts. Severe thunderstorms are rolling through the Midwest and Corn Belt. Every one of those events leaves behind properties that need a documented, carrier-ready inspection.
Patriot Claims covers 38 states. Wherever July takes the storm corridor this summer, there's a certified field inspector who can get on that roof, document what's there, and deliver a report carriers can actually use.

July doesn't slow down. The portal keeps up.
All service types. 38-state coverage. Submit in minutes — no back-and-forth, no waiting on a callback. Patriot's CAT teams mobilize within 48 hours of submission.

When Patriot sends an inspector out, the job is simple: document the property accurately and deliver a report that carriers can depend on.
Data-driven. Documented accurately. What's on the roof is what's in the report.
That kind of straightforward, third-party assessment is hard to find. It's what Patriot was built to provide.

The roof didn't stop us.
High-pitch. Rope-and-harness. Summer heat. Special equipment when the job calls for it.
We go above and beyond to access the roofs others say no to. No matter what type of roof an adjuster needs documented, Patriot's Ladder Assist inspectors show up with the right gear and get it done.
Whatever the roof looks like, Patriot shows up for it.

A bad inspection report costs more in July than in any other month.
Disputes. Re-inspections. Files that drag on because the first report didn't hold up. It happens more than it should.
When Patriot sends an inspector out, the report is tailored to that specific risk address — current conditions of the full property, every roof facet documented, and potential storm damage captured. Everything the adjuster needs to move forward from the first submission. No follow-up calls. No gaps to fill.
That's how files get closed.

Cameron has been with Patriot for 10 years and was one of the original inspectors in the DFW market.
He's grown into a vital part of the training department, one of our trainers who has trained so many Patriot inspectors across the country. He specializes in on-site service and building relationships with adjusters in every market he travels to, delivering solid reports every time.
When he's not running claims, he's doing remote inspector mentorship training for inspectors nationwide.
