One of the most common missteps in multifamily is over-indexing on destination amenities while underinvesting in high-frequency spaces. The daily-use experience deserves equal, if not greater, attention.

Residents engage with the mailroom multiple times each week. It is operational, but it is also experiential.

A poorly considered mailroom can quietly undermine an otherwise strong arrival sequence. Done well, it can elevate the perception of the entire property.

Fireplaces don’t just keep you warm 🔥
They give you somewhere to hang

Showing off another refresh just completed last week. The original lobby had all the markers of its early 2000s era: cherry veneer, polished chrome trim, high-gloss finishes.

Instead of starting over, we made a few precise, dramatic adjustments - higher contrast by deepening to ebony on the wood tones, refining the desk with some gorgeous veneer, stunning large scale custom chandelier and desk lamps from Gilmanurated layer of styling

High Point Highlights: Styling Edition 🖼️
