For Jennifer Blair, Program Director of Theatre at Jessup, answering that single, life-altering question changed everything. From launching the program in 2012 with a single hand-painted box office sign to breaking attendance records with over 4,800 audience members for Mary Poppins, her mission has remained steadfast: integrating deep faith with uncompromising artistic excellence.

Through Jessup's "Theatre 360" approach, students don’t just learn a craft—they are trained in every aspect of production with professional rigor and moral clarity, preparing them to enter the entertainment industry nationwide as true storytellers. As Jen beautifully shares, her ultimate assignment is to never stop learning alongside them.
