I won this dinner at a charity auction. It was such a treat to take my girls out for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I was humbled to learn a few things along the way. 🙏🏼🙌🏼🥰

I know it sounds too simple. But consistency with three products beats chaos with ten.
At 28, I had a 14-product routine and my skin was so reactive, congested and constantly irritated. I didn’t realize I was overwhelming it until an NP at my medical school told me to stop everything.
I went down to four products and my skin cleared up within weeks.
If you feel like your skin is reactive, you likely need to simplify. 😉
