FitClub NorCal is a free workout group for everybody! One hour long, total body workout followed by active nutrition. We will be starting April 2 at 6:00 PM

It was dark. It was cold. It was one of the most powerful workout experiences we've had!
Fitclub Rocklin is tonight at 6!! Be there dressed warm and ready at Springview park.
There will be no Fitclub Rocklin tomorrow night because the NorCal team will be in Oakland for the Chairman's Club Tour. We will be back in action Friday morning at 10am..
