WHY? Our new landlord did not renew our lease (has other plans for the space), so we are looking to re-open (to be determined).

Tomorrow, Saturday the 17th, Angelique Miller and the amazing Zest Vegan Kitchen team will be hosting an in-person meeting to discuss the great future opportunities for a potential new chapter for this beloved vegan eatery.

This will be the perfect time to ask questions and find out how the local community can rally together to keep this welcoming, healthy option available to folks in Placer County and perhaps beyond.

Circus Eggplant! 😂 Peeling the eggplant slightly for our Panini makes it more pleasurable-- no long stringy skins slapping you in the face when you're eating! 😆 Also tastes less bitter too. It's the little things ... 💜

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes!!! w/toasted almonds & powdered coconut sugar 🤤 (gluten-free, high protein, white-sugar free, soy free, & can be nut-free without the almonds 🍓

Eggplant Florentine Panini is back!!! (Angelique's personal favorite 🥰 ) Grilled eggplant kissed with lemon juice, housemade pesto, sprinkle of green olive tapenade, fresh spinach onion and tomato! 🍅🌿 From now through September! (Two gluten-free breads available or have served on top of rice or as a lettuce wrap!

It's back! POKE BOWL!! So refreshing & flavorful! Sesame marinated watermelon, edamame, cucumber salad, carrots, cabbage over a bed of brown rice w/sriracha cream sauce & strips of nori seaweed 🧡 (gluten-free, can be soy-free if we sub the edamame, and can be nut free if we leave off the Sriracha cream)
