Yesterday marked an exciting step forward for Florida's Space Coast.
LEAD Brevard CEO Rachel Rutledge joined leaders from regional organizations across Brevard County to sign a Memorandum of Understanding supporting the Regional Brand Partnership Initiative: Florida's Space Coast — Tomorrow Launches Here.
This partnership represents a shared commitment to advancing a unified regional narrative that celebrates the innovation, opportunity, and collaborative spirit that make our community unique.
We're especially proud that many of the leaders representing these organizations are graduates of Leadership Brevard. Their presence at the table is a testament to the power of leadership development and the impact of individuals who choose to invest their talents in strengthening our community.
“The Tomorrow Launches Here narrative reflects something residents already feel deeply, pride in being part of a community that helps shape the future”, states Rachel Rutledge, CEO of LEAD Brevard.
At LEAD Brevard, our mission is simple: working together to strengthen our community by inspiring people to LEAD. This collaboration embodies that mission and demonstrates what is possible when organizations unite around a common vision for the future.
The future is built through collaboration, and on Florida's Space Coast, Tomorrow Launches Here. 🚀

The future of space is being built right here on the Space Coast.
Our CEO and staff joined community leaders, industry innovators, and partners at Accelerate Brevard’s State of Space event at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to hear how Brevard continues to lead the next era of exploration and economic growth. From Artemis missions to emerging technologies and workforce development, the conversation reinforced what we already know: the future is bright for our region.
We were especially proud to connect with LEAD Brevard alumni, board members, and community partners who are helping shape that future every day.
🚀 Brevard's leadership legacy is reaching new heights.
