About Dennis Bunt:

I have dedicated 32 years to public service, including 29 years in Code Compliance, serving five different local government jurisdictions. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to community service, problem-solving, and working collaboratively with residents, businesses, and fellow professionals to strengthen the communities we serve.My perspective has also been shaped by a unique and diverse background. Growing up, I lived in six different states and attended 13 schools, experiences that taught me adaptability, resilience, and how to connect with people from many different backgrounds. Perhaps the most unexpected part of my story is that I was also a professional wrestler—an experience that taught me discipline, confidence, perseverance, and the importance of engaging an audience.I look forward to bringing these experiences to Leadership Brevard while continuing to learn from others and grow as a community leader.

About Steven Bostel:

Steven Bostel serves as the Director for Spaceport Development at Space Florida, where he is responsible for leading statewide planning efforts to improve spaceport capabilities, capacity, infrastructure, and related operations as part of one integrated, multimodal Florida Spaceport System in support of Space Florida’s vision, mission, and objectives. He is responsible for monitoring and engaging with others involved in planning and directs planning and stakeholder collaboration of the Florida Spaceport System and quinti-modal transportation capabilities. Outside of the office, Steven enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 5-year-old son, golfing, fishing, and playing ice hockey.

Elba Barnaby is a bilingual community engagement leader with an MBA in Finance and more than 20 years of banking experience. As AVP, Regional Community Engagement at VyStar Credit Union, she leads philanthropic initiatives across Florida’s Space Coast, overseeing sponsorships, volunteerism, and community partnerships that support VyStar’s commitment to Do Good.A passionate advocate for community development, Elba has served in leadership roles with the Cloud Family Foundation, the Hispanic Chamber of Metro Orlando, the Hispanics of Lake County Association, and Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola, promoting financial wellness and nonprofit growth.Elba recently relocated to Titusville with her husband. I am a fourth-generation Floridian with more than 25 years in the construction industry, but what defines me most is my belief that relationships are the foundation of everything we build.I currently serve as Vice President of Business Development for Randall Construction, where I have the opportunity to connect people, organizations, and opportunities across Florida. I am passionate about the growth happening in Brevard County and the Space Coast, particularly the incredible intersection of construction, aerospace, technology, workforce development, and community.Something I would like my Leadership Brevard classmates, the LEAD Brevard Board, and the community to know about me is that I believe in showing up, getting involved, and creating meaningful connections. I am naturally competitive and driven, but I measure success by more than winning business. About Todd West:

I have spent my entire life in Brevard County and more than 20 years in the credit union industry, where I currently serve as Director of Consumer Lending at Community Credit Union of Florida. I also earned my MBA from Florida State University. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed leading teams, helping people grow, and finding better ways to serve our members and community.Outside of work, I am an avid runner and marathoner. I have completed the Berlin and Chicago World Marathon Majors and will run the New York City Marathon in November. Travel is also an important part of my life, and I have had the opportunity to travel throughout the world. Those experiences have given me an appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. I am excited to be part of Leadership Brevard, broaden my understanding of our community, build new relationships, and find meaningful ways to contribute to its future.

Achievements - obtained my general contractors license via state of FL in 2007. Built many facilities throughout Brevard County from 2001-current. Moved up in management positions throughout the years. Hobbies are motocross, golf, guitars, and weightlifting.

About Alexis Grzymkowski:

I was born in Rochester, New York but I grew up in Melbourne Beach and Indian Harbour Beach. I graduated from Melbourne Central Catholic High School and the University of Central Florida. I returned to Brevard in 2024 after living in Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Park, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando (again), and Tampa. I have worked for Orlando Health for 11 years and have worked in population health, physician compliance, integration and now I'm helping to build the Orlando Health Foundation - East Florida to support our hospitals in Melbourne and Sebastian. I’m a graduate of Leadership Hollywood and Leadership Orlando and feel blessed for the opportunity to reconnect with my hometown more deeply through Leadership Brevard. I love reading, going to Broadway shows and traveling, walking in Wickham Park or on our causeways and visiting the Brevard Zoo.

She is responsible for guiding nursing and operational strategy, driving performance, and fostering a culture of quality, safety, and patient-centered care across the organization.Michelle is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, leading initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, optimize resources, and support organizational growth. She partners closely with physicians, clinical teams, and executive leaders to advance strategic priorities and deliver exceptional care to the communities served by Viera Hospital.Michelle has been a resident of Brevard County for 4 years and prior to becoming a resident has visited every year with her family for over 35 years consistently. She has a husband of close to 20 years, a 14 year old daughter enrolled in Merritt Island Christian School as well as 2 step-children in Tennessee and South Carolina.

Russ DeGraw is a graduate of the State University of New York Maritime College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation / Business Administration, and an MBA from Dowling College.Russ is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel with over twenty years’ service as a Combat Engineer. He spent over ten years working in the Construction Facilities Management Office of the RI Army National Guard and is a certified Construction Facilities Management Officer and a Federal Contract Officer Representative (COR).Russ is currently serving as Associate Vice President, Facilities & Special Projects for Eastern Florida State College.He has extensive knowledge and experience in construction project management, facilities planning & operations, and contract management at the federal, state, and local government levels.
