We made lower body a focus the past 9 weeks and I’m loving the changes already. Legs are looking “younger” and they are most definitely stronger!
This is just 9 weeks- that’s nothing in the grand scheme of your journey. For anyone just starting out- stay patient, be grateful you get the opportunity to move your body, and always enjoy the process!
