We support the Coronado-Haskell Neighborhood and the greater Rockford area by facilitating access to services and programs for its residents and by responding to the needs brought forth by those working and living in the neighborhood.
Jeremiah Development will be walking in the Pride Parade this Saturday and we invite everyone to walk with us. We are in the Yellow zone and number 22. Lineup is on Market Street between 3rd Street and 4th Street. Lineup starts at 11:00 and the parade starts at 12:00. If you have any questions contact Krysta [email protected]

Today..
My last day as executive director of Jeremiah Development. I'm going out with a bang. I will be on the INCROWD815 podcast with Nitro Starling, the new interim executive director. It starts at 8 am. We will be on with other non-profits. And we'll talk about what we do at JD and our big annual LOVE Rockford health and wellness event that's happening July 11th.

Jeremiah Garden volunteers will meet at 9 A.M. on Saturday, April 25 at the garden to kick off the season. Phill Wing is delivering mulch, Travis Castrey has ordered topsoil and mushroom compost, and the rest of us need some to bring some muscle and gloves if you have them. Wear shoes that you don't prize too much as they will get soiled. We usually work for 2-3 hours, but you don't have to stay that long. Thank you in advance.

Senator Steve Stadelman’s 2026 Second Chances Summit
Senator Stadelman’s Second Chance Summit is a one-day opportunity pairing volunteer attorneys with citizens who wish to expunge or seal criminal records. Participants who qualify based on financial need will receive FREE legal help to determine eligibility for judicial relief and prepare petitions to file in circuit court.
