An honest update from Velvet Robot 🤍
We owe you some honesty.
Somewhere along the way, we lost focus. Not on coffee—but on us. On what made Velvet Robot special in the first place. That’s on us.
So we’re making a hard but necessary decision.
Starting this week, we’ll be closed Monday–Friday and open Saturdays & Sundays only.
This isn’t us giving up. It’s us pulling back so we can do this right again. We’re going to be behind the bar, dialing things in, reconnecting with our standards, our creativity, and our community.
Our goal is simple: to bring you the Velvet Robot you knew and loved—the care, the quality, the weird little magic that made this place feel like home.
Thank you for sticking with us, believing in us, and giving us the chance to earn that trust again.
