Overview
Join us online for Dreams Over Past Experience, where stories of fresh starts and second chances take center stage.
Second Chance Month Storytelling Event
What if your past wasn’t something to hide… but something to build from?
Dreams Over Past Experience (D.O.P.E.) is a powerful live storytelling event that brings together voices who have faced adversity, overcome the odds, and turned their experiences into purpose.
This isn’t just another panel.
This is real, unfiltered truth.
What You’ll Experience
- Raw Stories of Transformation
- Hear from individuals who have navigated incarceration, setbacks, and systemic barriers—and came out stronger.
- Real Conversations About Second Chances
We’re tackling the gap between punishment and opportunity—and what it actually takes to rebuild.
- Voices That Need to Be Heard
From community leaders to emerging voices, this event creates space for honesty, healing, and growth.
- Actionable Insight
Walk away with perspective shifts, practical wisdom, and a renewed sense of what’s possible—for yourself or those you serve.
Who This Is For
- Justice-impacted individuals seeking direction and inspiration
Community leaders, mentors, and advocates
Mental wellness professionals and support organizations
Anyone who believes people are more than their past
Why This Event Matters
Second chances aren’t given. They’re built.
And too many people are trying to rebuild without access, without support, and without a platform to be heard.
D.O.P.E. exists to change that.
