Does your company have tools/fixtures that don't have cad models and drawings associated with them. Contact me right away and I will reverse engineer the tools/fixtures and provide full cad assemblies and detail drawings!

Cannot stress enough how important it is for Mechanical Engineers/Designers to use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) on their detail drawings! This not only gives the design intent of the part to the machinist/machine operator, but will greatly reduce assembly problems once the parts are manufactured to print. GD&T is also very useful when parts need to be outsourced and the engineer/designer doesn't have direct contact with the machinist/machine operator. Its a great universal engineering language and is essential for assemblies and components to function properly

Always beneficial to use FEA to optimize the design of of a part. Saves time, material and money!
