IMEG is helping to bring the Omni Raleigh Hotel to life. This 29-story, 5-star tower, adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center, is expected to strengthen the city’s ability to host larger national events and support ongoing expansion efforts.
IMEG is providing MEP engineering services for the 687,000-sf development, which includes:
• 600 guest rooms to anchor downtown’s hospitality market
• 65,000 SF of ballroom and meeting space
• 25,000 SF of food and beverage
• A signature spa and 3,500-sf fitness center
It is projected to open in late 2028.

The 160,000-sf vertical expansion of the Steven & Susan Lipstein BJC Institute of Health at Washington University in St. Louis earned a Grand Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Missouri and a National Recognition Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design, along with energy modeling and construction administration for the six-story expansion—delivered while the research facility remained fully operational.
