Combining her husband’s favorite ring with his wedding band to make a pendant to wear close to her heart. ❤️

You may remember some time ago that I found a very cool stag beetle in my garage. (Thankfully, he had already passed, so I was spared from having a heart attack. 😉 * BTW, if bugs freak you out, this is your friendly warning to scroll on.)
The details Nature gifted this studly stag struck me as far too awesome to end up in a garbage can. I just had to cast him in silver. (I actually made a mold and cast two.) I know, this is so not my usual type of piece, but at long last, “George” and “Ringo” are finished.
Ringo sits atop a 4mm hammered flat band with a .10 carat champagne diamond in his magnificent pinchers. He has a black oxidized finish that mimics his original armor.
Initially I gave George a faintly oxidized finish but decided he should be high polished to really accent the 5mm cognac Moissanite he is holding.
These pendants are solid sterling silver (though George is suspended on a stainless steel chain) and a bit heavy. Father’s Day isn’t far away, if your guy would like something truly unique.
(I know we also have some very Earthy girls out there who might be saying “Finally!” 😁)
