Join us for STEP Conference 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn
Rochester/University-Medical Center on 30 Celebration Drive in Rochester, where we’re turning up the heat on emergency service education! Dynamic hands-on training (HOT) for firefighters will be held at the Public Safety Training Facility on Friday, while EMS offerings will be held at the hotel. Classroom-based offerings for all first responders will be held at the hotel on Saturday.

STEP Conference 2025 is quickly approaching
The 2025 STEP Conference will be held at The Hilton Garden Inn at College Town, Rochester, NY.

New for 2025 - half day or full day hands-on training (HOT) options at the Public Safety Training Facility (PSTF) Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Didactic Fire and EMS tracks are offered at the hotel Friday & Saturday.

The Michael Sadden Award will be presented by the Monroe County Chiefs Association, as part of an awards ceremony scheduled for Friday evening, at the Hotel.
