Julie Monette is a dedicated Massage Therapist joining the team at Healing Rhythms. She is driven by a passion for holistic care and the therapeutic power of massage and human touch. Julie received her training at Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 1991 and has continued her studies throughout her career. Julie is also a Certified Aromatherapist and Meditation teacher and brings all of her skills to provide whole person compassionate care to her clients. Julie loves being in nature, has a passion for learning and enjoys creating food and healing products in the kitchen.

Julie will be supporting our partnership with Ridgeview Hospice. ⭐️🎉

Music engages multiple areas of the brain at once—supporting memory, emotion, movement, attention, and connection. Even when words become difficult, music can remain a powerful pathway to meaningful moments and relationships.

This month, we honor those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia while celebrating the incredible ways music can support brain health and quality of life. 💜
