It is with great sadness that we share the passing of FIRST Illinois Robotics Board Member, Rob Armstrong.

Rob's leadership has helped shape FIRST in Illinois and he will be missed.

Our condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

FIRST Illinois Robotics is sad to share the passing of Dottie Skierkiewicz.

Dottie was a beloved member of the FIRST Illinois Robotics community and changed the lives of thousands across the globe.

For those local, a wake will be held on Friday, May 8th, from 4-8pm at Gleukert Funeral Home in Arlington Heights.

In lieu of flowers, the Skierkiewicz Family would like you to consider donating to your local Robotics Team.

While Illinois FTC and FRC teams were striving for DaVinci and Einstein the FLL team from Buffalo Grove, Titans 58993, brought home the Core Values Finalist Award from the World Festival!
