Sod and landscaping complete thanks to Seth Decker of Decker Landscape! We are about 3 weeks from move in ready! Under 400,000!

Deck season is in full swing! This deck features Trex Enhanced Golden Hour and Trex Signature black aluminum railing. Picture framed the main deck and the stairs. We also had a new 16 by 24 foot patio.

Forms set for the driveway, insulation being installed on the start of week 3! What can we build for you?

Here are a few photos of a kitchen remodel near completion. We replaced the original cabinets and laminate countertop with an updated oak cabinetry and granite countertops. We opened up the stove wall for the homeowner so they could communicate with guests seated in the dining area. New LVP flooring throughout the man floor and fresh paint. We are just waiting for the new hood vent to go in on Monday, a good cleaning and final inspection. Approximately 8 weeks start to finish.

3 weeks and ready for insulation. Siding done, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical all complete. Sheetrock end of next.

Footings are being set and poured today! Tomorrow, weather permitting, we will set walls and hopefully pour those as well! Big things happening.
