Just out of nowhere, I felt like giving a little history about myself to all of you.
Started boxing at the age of 8yrs old. I have 160 amateur fights, with 26 Professional under my belt. I am very thankful that I was one of the few to go all the way with boxing and do what only a couple people have done from my home town....Pontiac! Man....time flies by so fast!! Meaning...I will always have that itch to fight again, always! I guess it's like that spot that always itches, but you can never scratch it.
All I can say, is that I love my life and I love teaching boxing in the beautiful city of Rochester...and giving back what was taught to me throughout the years! BOXING will always be the only sport I will ever LOVE with a passion!

My man, Alex!! He's in great shape now, after a hard 6 months of boxing, along with strength training. He thanked me and said, I only want to work with the best around, and that's YOU!! Now 8 rounds of punching the mitts is nothing!! He really is in good shape!

There's nothing more beautiful than a Mother & Daughter learning one of the best sports there is together... Boxing! One day it might come in handy for them 👊! They can both punch!!
