Another exciting transformation completed!

We remodeled 1,260 square feet of office space at 3777 40th Ave NW, Suite 201 in Rochester. Doesn’t that address look familiar? Our old office has been reimagined into the home of a law firm specializing in personal injury and criminal defense; Knutson + Casey.

The project includes a complete interior remodel to create a professional, welcoming environment for clients and staff. From updated offices and conference spaces to a modern reception area and finishes throughout.

It's always rewarding to see an existing space take on a new purpose and help another local business establish its presence in our community.

Big one wrapped up!

We just completed a 3,600 sq ft chiropractic office buildout and this is just 1 of 3 suites in the building.

This space was designed with both function and families in mind:

✔️ Dedicated kids corner
✔️ Private mom’s room
✔️ Office space for operations
✔️ 8 fully built-out adjusting rooms

From vision to reality, this one came together clean and we are so grateful to be part of projects that help businesses create spaces where people can feel better, heal, and grow.

Big day over at Paradigm Dance Project 💥

Concrete is going in and things are getting real. There’s something about this stage of a build that hits different — you go from plans and framing to seeing the foundation literally take shape right in front of you.

Grateful to be part of bringing this space to life. Can’t wait to see dancers filling it soon. 🩰

Back at it with a repeat client

WIP Fitness is getting a little “WIP” action from us after some unexpected fire damage and we’re honored to help bring it back better than ever.

There’s something special about clients who trust you enough to call you again especially when it matters most. Grateful for the opportunity to keep this place looking strong on the outside so they can keep building strength on the inside.

Construction is underway with move-in set for mid-May and rooms available June 1st! Located on West Circle Drive (behind Costco), this modern, high-end clinic is designed for both functionality and style.
The space features 9 private treatment rooms (various sizes), with 8 offering in-room sinks and all including custom cabinetry, frosted black glass doors, and thoughtfully selected finishes.
Located within a growing professional building alongside established providers—this is a unique opportunity to be part of something special.

Project Complete ✅

We’re proud to share the completion of our latest project for West End Salon MedSpa & Wellness Studio in Rochester.

This project consisted of a full interior fit-up of a new beauty and wellness space within an existing shell on the second level of The Berkman. The buildout includes 9,902 usable square feet, thoughtfully designed and constructed to support salon services, spa treatments, and advanced medspa offerings.
