Just rolled in today for new brake lines and boosters (yes, 2 of them) 1968 MGC

Guess who's back turning wrenches!

3 broken wires, lexus says can't repair the wiring, have to replace the harness, $100 fix turned into a $7,000 replacement. This is why things are expensive. Note - the break is for part of the radar cruise circuit with liabilities comparable to repairing airbag circuits.

2018 jeep compass exhaust manifold bolts, 80k miles, never been removed, 1/4 of the threads pulled out of the head! High quality manufacturing 🤣
