Sales Manager | BELFOR Property Restoration

📌 About David:
David Holland brings a unique blend of property management expertise, restoration leadership, and association service to the IREM Rochester–Western NY Board of Directors. Currently serving as Sales Manager for BELFOR Property Restoration, David helps property managers and owners across New York State prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters, specializing in risk assessment, emergency planning, and rapid-response coordination.

Within IREM, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including 2023–2024 President of IREM's NY Capital Region Chapter, 2023–2027 Governing Councilor, 2025–2026 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Advisory Council Member, and ETH800 Instructor. His leadership has focused on rebuilding chapter infrastructure, launching new education tracks, and strengthening collaboration between chapters statewide.

Beyond IREM, David is a member of the National Apartment Association’s National Suppliers Council and serves as Chair of the Member Engagement Committee and Vice Chair of the Supplier Council for the Apartment Professionals Trade Society of New York (APTS of NY). Through these roles, he works to foster stronger connections between owner-operators and vendor partners while advancing professional development across the multifamily industry.

A Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, and Notary Public, David was named a finalist for IREM’s 2024 REME Award for CPM of the Year and previously recognized among IREM’s “30 Under 30.” He frequently speaks on topics at the intersection of property operations, disaster resilience, and sustainability, with published work in the Journal of Property Management and appearances at the IREM Global Summit and on industry podcasts.
