Many healthy adults take baby aspirin daily to reduce the risks of various health issues. But when should we begin taking it to cut the risk of cancer? The best time to start taking a low dose baby aspirin would in our mid 40s, when the risk of most cancers begins to significantly rise. Studies have shown that when a baby aspirin was taken for more than three years, the risk of developing cancer was reduced by 25%, and when taken for more than 5 years, cancer deaths were reduced by 37%.
