Chapter 69’s Spring Chautauqua Tournament is here!

Saturday June 20th from 0700-330pm.
Awards, food and a fundraising lure raffle will be held directly after the event at Chautauqua Reel Outdoors.

Online registration is open from now until 1600 June 18th. (Registration can still be completed after that via cash at the Prendergast Point boat launch June 20th from 0600-0700)

16 anglers came out for another always unique adventure. Every year it seems Mother Nature always has a variable for this event, from years past of high waters, storms and things like curly pond w**d die off this year proved no differently. 6 legal fish were caught with many more following or leaving hooks prematurely. Over all a good day on the lake!
A huge thank you to “The Inn at Waneta” for allowing us to have our awards and grill out after the tournament!
Thank you to all the anglers who came out to put in work for our first event of the year!

Chapter 69 is holding our first tournament of the 2026 year. June 6th!

Registration/Signup will be at the Waneta boat launch(Cash only) from 0600-0700
(The new online event sign up won’t be ready till after this tournament we apologize for any inconvenience) A code will be used that day to be included in all pictures for entry!

Last entry MUST be received by 3:30pm NO EXCEPTIONS.

no live bait and as always catch and release only.

****Updates****
1. Zoom meeting is being pushed back to Tuesday June 2nd. 7:00pm. Apologize for inconvenience. Some technical issues and short notice things that are being resolved!

2. Waneta tournament (June 6th) and Chautauqua Tournament(June 20th) are on! Getting some finishing touches done, all will be updated soon so those who want to pre register can. Bear with me. I know it’s not going as smooth as you are used to.

3. For any issues/questions currently on the tournaments and the meetings please feel free to reach out to me Doc Bishop via FB or email or call/text 585-729-1822. Working through things so apologize they are a little bumpy. Jordan Esox can also be reached out as well as we are working in tandem with getting our events and meetings up.
