Happy Friday! Today Attorney Jay Adkins got his client’s DWI license revocation rescinded. This means the client will be able to resume driving and this incident will no longer appear on his driving record! Mr. Adkins already got all criminal charges dismissed so this is a true grand slam result for our client!

A big victory today for Attorney Jay Adkins. All felony charges against our client were dismissed prior to trial when Mr. Adkins was able to show the Court that the officer was not being truthful and failed to follow his training. Mr. Adkins received the same training as the officer which provided great material for a very effective cross-examination.

Today, Attorney Jay Adkins begins a three day NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Training in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is the same training law enforcement receives before being sent out into the field. It is our view that attorneys must know the training as well as, if not better than, officers.
