Our Story
Foster Fest is a free annual outdoor summer music festival in Rochester Minnesota. Foster Fest offers all day long fun featuring live music, dozens of local vendors, food and drinks, and tons of games and activities for kids! Our mission is to raise goodwill donations and awareness for The Dorothy Day House - a temporary homeless shelter located in downtown Rochester that relies on donations and volunteers. Bring your pet and come soak up the sun with your local community in support of The Dorothy Day House and their worthy pursuit!
