The SEMR yearly market report was posted this week and It shows the strong market in SE MN is still growing rapidly. Despite it being an election year experts are predicting similar results for 2020 due to the low and steady interest rates.

Something I found really interesting is the growth some of the outlier communities experienced this year. It shows that with the rapid growth or Rochester over the past 5+ years that families are making the choice to find options farther out.

My questions to homeowners is:
How do these numbers and stats make you feel?
Is it motivation to upgrade to that bigger house for the family and capitalize on the quickly gained equity?
Does it make you want to wait for a shift in the market and possibly lower prices?

I have heard both sides but I always like more input when it comes to this subject!
