When one chapter closes, it can be difficult not to focus on the loss of it. But sometimes closing one door also creates space for something new to begin.
After a great deal of thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Marrow, effective immediately.
There’s a sadness in closing this chapter, but also a great deal of pride in what it became. More than anything, we’re choosing to look at what this restaurant was able to become over the last several years and what it represented for our community.
Marrow started with two people taking a chance on an idea and investing in a space we believed in. We poured ourselves into bringing new life to a building, creating a restaurant centered around hospitality, and building something that we hoped felt both exciting and welcoming to the people around it.
Like many independent restaurants, we have felt the realities of changing dining habits, rising costs, and an increasingly difficult operating environment. While this chapter is coming to an end, we are proud of what was created here and proud to have been part of the continued growth and energy of the city around us.
To everyone who walked through our doors - thank you.
Thank you for supporting us through the years, and allowing us to create a place that felt meaningful to so many people. We are deeply grateful for every reservation, every kind word, and every person who chose to spend time with us.
And while one door closes for us, we genuinely hope another opens for someone new. As we move through this transition, the Marrow space — including the existing restaurant buildout, infrastructure, equipment, and lease opportunity — will be available for someone interested in carrying the space forward as their own. We’re hopeful it continues to bring life, hospitality, and energy to this corner for years to come.

Three years of Marrow.
Three years of menu scribbles, shared bottles, and nights that somehow always stretched a little longer than planned.
What started as a restaurant became a community faster than we ever expected. Regulars became friends. Neighbors became family. The people who walk through our doors every night are the reason this place feels alive.
To our staff, thank you for building this thing with us. To everyone who’s dined with us, celebrated with us, supported us, and kept showing up: thank you for letting us do what we love.
Three years. Cheers. 🥂

Wild Nettle Agnolotti just hit.
Ricotta, spring peas, pea shoots, green almonds - green on green in the best way. It’s the kind of dish that disappears as quickly as it showed up.
Come get it while it’s still here.
