Barbara Hight Randal shared a beautiful reminder that life is much like a quilt.

Each experience, relationship, challenge, and triumph adds a different color to the story we are creating. And while some seasons may be trimmed in black, those difficult moments often help us appreciate the brighter colors even more.

We are grateful to Barbara for sharing her wisdom and perspective. Her words remind us that every piece of our journey has value and contributes to the person we become.

What if one of the most powerful tools for your health has been available to you all along?

For Chad, lifestyle medicine is another tool in the toolbox. A practical approach that helps people build healthier habits, improve wellbeing, and take an active role in their future health.

The journey to better health is not about perfection. It is about having the right tools and using them consistently.

Who wants the recipe? 🥗

Good nutrition does not have to be complicated. Sometimes the healthiest meals are made from simple, colorful ingredients coming together in one bowl.

The nutrition pillar is all about giving your body the fuel it needs to thrive, one meal at a time.

Movement is one of the most powerful pillars of health, and it does not have to be complicated.

At the Symposium, Chad Hergott led an early morning balance and stretching workshop designed to help people start the day with intention, mobility, and confidence. Small moments of movement can improve how we feel, move, and function throughout the day.

The best exercise is often the one you will actually do.

Let me give you all the tea... ☕️

What if some of the biggest health challenges we face are influenced by the choices we make every day?

Nutrition is not the whole story, but it is one of the most powerful tools we have. The foods we choose today can help shape our health tomorrow.

Small changes. Big impact.

Hear our unforgettable story from Ronald McDonald House meal service tonight!

Thanks to our team of 12 volunteers, we served more than 80 meals to families, with a long line waiting for dinner. Together, we prepared a Japanese-inspired whole food, plant-based menu featuring 40 sushi rolls, 10 packages of udon noodles, 14 cups of rice, mushroom teriyaki sauce, a large Asian salad, soy yogurt with beet-berry sauce for dessert, and many more items. It was one of our busiest and most impactful meal nights, breaking several records from our 1.5 years of service.

One unforgettable moment came when we learned that our meal was the only food a child was willing to eat all day. Moments like these are a simple yet powerful reminder that healthy, nourishing food can bring comfort, connection, and joy to families during challenging times.

You can make a difference, too. Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or community group and help provide a meal for families when they need it most.

What if your health is shaped more by your daily choices than your genetics?

For her, lifestyle medicine is not about perfection. It is about being intentional. Choosing habits each day that support long term wellbeing, whether that means getting enough sleep, nourishing your body with healthy foods, or making time for movement and connection.

Health is a journey, and the small choices we make every day can have a lasting impact.

We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with 125 LIVE and for everyone who joined us for this cooking demonstration.

Seeing a room full of engaged participants asking thoughtful questions and learning together is a reminder of the power of community. Health journeys are stronger when we learn from one another and support each other along the way.

Thank you to 125 LIVE for creating a space where wellness, education, and connection can thrive. We look forward to many more opportunities to learn together.

Before you buy the latest supplement everyone is talking about, ask yourself one question...

Do you actually need it?

Every body is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. While supplements may have their place, a strong foundation often starts with real, nutrient-dense foods.

Food first. Supplements second.
