Earlier this year, 4 like-minded, Rochester area athletes scratched their heads… “How is it possible that the Rochester and Finger Lakes Region has such world class trail running and yet… there’s no website collecting all the info in one place and promoting trail running?”

Come learn about the runcartions they will host next year and the Ibex training plan we have for folks to prepare for the trips!

Do you want to learn about the Tour du Mont Blanc ladders? How about the Dolomites? Rumors are swirling of Norway.
Join us with Rochester Running Company and Mount to Coast at 5:30 on Tuesday at the magnolia shelter in Durand for a group hill workout and launch of the runcations.
We will share our Ibex Climbing program and RRC will share trip info while Mount to Coast shows off some new shoes.

Mount to Coast Will be there to demo some great shoes as well.
Hear from organizers, and ask all the questions as past participants will be there.
This is family friendly too. We have a shelter, bathrooms, and playgrounds.
