Our Rochester Public Library - Minnesota 2-Hour Free Parking Pilot launches today and runs through the summer!
To receive an additional 60 minutes of free parking in the Civic Center Ramp this summer:
* Bring your parking entry ticket and library card to the front public service desk to check out a validation.
* A validation sticker will then be applied to the back of the entry ticket (one visit per day).
* Scan the ticket and then the validation on exit for an additional 60 minutes of parking (a $3 value).
