We are thrilled to announce a full-time Property Manager position is now available. Are you an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years in Property Management? This role requires strong leasing skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a preference for experience in affordable housing or tax credit properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all property management duties efficiently
- Ensure financial performance aligns with budgeted goals
- Handle inquiries from applicants and residents effectively
- Qualify applicants through background checks, rental references, and income verification
- Oversee lease renewals, schedule rent increases promptly, and supervise maintenance staff

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of successful Affordable Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager experience
- Proficiency in YARDI software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Compliance experience is advantageous
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Aptitude for accurate mathematical computations and exceptional customer service

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
